Unlike other mobile phones, Apple users should have to buy Music and Custom ringtones for Apple store. But most of the Apple users claimed that ringtones purchased from the store are vanished after upgrading to iOS versions.
Here’s the solution to fix this problem, connect your Apple device to your PC and launch iTunes. Select your device and click where it says ‘On My Device’ and click ‘Tones’ and make sure that you have selected ‘Sync Tones’ option. This option will automatically restore your previous synced ringtones into the device.
