Google Chrome improves its 3D Graphics
The tech giant Google has updated its 3D web graphics in google chrome which now supports a WebGL 2.0 standard. The update has been rolled out for Chrome 56 and later users. With this update, the user is expected to experience a faster graphics performance, visual effects, and newer texture types. An important point to notice is that Chrome is now on par with the kind of specs that we find on mobile games.
What is WebGL for a browser like google chrome?
What’s in it for Google?
The upgrade in the WebGL though is not an entirely new development, as Firefox and Opera already have it but this makes a difference because Chrome has a considerably larger usage share of about 58.5 percent as of February (according to Net Market Share).
