Alcatel has been on the top list in affordable smartphones category throughout the western markets. There are also some high-end smartphones under the Idol series mobiles from Alcatel which costs less than the similarly configured mobiles. However Alcatel Company is best known for its low price mobiles, so this time Alcatel Pixi 4 4G and Pixi 4 Wi-Fi Android tablets has launched priced Rs 6,499 and Rs 3,999 respectively.

The brand new Alcatel Pixi 4 4G Android tablet comes with decent hardware configurations, and it is priced Rs 6,499. Pixi 4G tablet features a 7 inches display with a resolution of 1024X600 pixels, and the body of Alcatel Pixi 4 4G tablet is made with polycarbonate shell which provides a reliable protection to the device.

Alcatel Pixi 4 tablet is powered by a MediaTek MT8735B quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.3GHz to deliver satisfactory performance. To perform better and faster multitasking Pixi 4 4G tablet has a 1GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage space is provided, and you have external storage slot for expansion up to 64GB using microSD cards.

Since we use Alcatel Pixi 4 4G Android tablet for media applications such as watching videos and movies, so the lesser amount of RAM doesn’t affect tablet performance. As the name itself, we can say that Alcatel Pixi 4 4G tablet has Dual-SIM slot and it supports 4G VoLTE network connectivity.

Pixi 4G tablet has a 5MP Selfie camera on the front side and an 8MP rear camera with LED flash feature on the rear side of the device. Alcatel Pixi tablet runs with customized UI interface which is designed based on the Android 6.0 marshmallow. Alcatel Pixi 4G tablet is backed up by a 4000mAh battery which assures you long lasting throughout the day.

The latest Alcatel Pixi 4 Wi-Fi Android tablet comes with very basic hardware configuration, and it is priced Rs 3,999, and it is available in Smokey grey color option. Coming to Pixi 4 Wi-Fi specifications, it comes with same 7 inches display as on the Pixi 4 4G Android tablet.

Alcatel Pixi 4 Wi-Fi Android tablet is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8127 Quad-core processor which is coupled with a 1GB RAM. Although 1GB RAM is not enough for maximum performance but at this price range, we can’t expect more than this.

There is an 8GB internal storage space provided on Alcatel Pixi 4 Wi-Fi tablet, but users have choice to expand their storage space up to 32GB using microSD card slot. From the name itself, we can say that it doesn’t support cellular network connectivity because it is specially designed for Wi-Fi wireless connectivity.

Alcatel Pixi 4 Wi-Fi has a 2MP rear camera, and 0.3MP VGA front camera is provided, and it has 2580mAh battery capacity so that you will get limited features with the Pixi Wi-Fi variant. The second thing which matches Pixi 4G variant is, both Android tablets runs with Android marshmallow 6.0.
